“Peak Running in La Grange is a fantastic shoe/running store. I have had a positive experience each of the five times I have shopped in there. None more positive than over the past weekend, with sales associate/Megan.Megan personified what customer service is all about on both days (Saturday; Sunday) I entered Peak Running. On Saturday, she was a major help in exchanging a pair of shoes for a better pair of shoes (at least for I was looking for).The pair of shoes that was coming my way was not to arrive until Sunday. Megan promptly called me when they arrived, and in finishing off her all-world weekend performance, she waited 5-10 minutes past closing time to accede my request, as I was coming from far away. Hence, I was able to get my shoes on Sunday as opposed to Monday.Thanks again, Megan!”

“I absolutely love ? my gym in Alsip. I have been going 4 times per week since I can remember. I always see so many familiar faces; everyone is very nice. The staff are also kind and the workers in the morning are constantly cleaning up and picking up weights that were not put away from the night before. They also vacuum around the equipment and sell protein drinks and food behind the register. Its very welcoming here. I have been going there for 20 years.”

“The customer service here is great!Went in for multivitamins and they didn’t have enough in stock of what I wanted to take advantage of a BOGO50% the gentleman with long hair behind the counter offered to have it shipped to me from their warehouse, I agreed.The warehouse was out and then he offered me 2 locations where I could go pick it up. Paid at this location went to another location picked it up hassle free.The visit at first location was less than 5mins total. Time spent at pickup location was less than 2mins! Dude was super polite and it felt like he wanted to help you!
