“I had a good experience with the lady who runs the shop. We talked in Polish about valerian tincture. I bought a bottle for a bit more than $5. She also recommended L - thianean in capsules. These are natural remedies for calming effect. I did indeed try the valerian right in the store after I bought it. I drank it straight from the cap . It's a very powerful herbal taste, it's recommended to be taken on sugar or honey or mixed with a little water. I can say that it helped me feel calm. It was measurable. The feeling of tenseness is still not back. There are drug interactions you should check out with your own medications and valerian and if it's ok then give it a try .”
