Additionally, the employees rendered excellent customer service. They were highly informative when I dropped the car off.
While it was there, Sebastian, who rendered superior service and is the epitome of professionalism, was diligent in contacting me with updates every step of the repair process.
When repairs had been completed and I was unable to pick up my car, an employee kindly offered to have it dropped off and return my rental. I received my car within an hour.

“We had a transmission replaced on a 2004 Mazda 3 in Sept 2025. Six months later, the trans replacement (used, with about half the miles as the car) is still working great. Joe worked with us to locate appropriate used transmissions and made sure that everything was going to work, rejecting one trans as being unacceptable. He was careful and thorough and communicated well. Joe extended the life of our car, giving our son reliable transportation for his job, and the money we spent was worth it.”
