“Brianna and the entire alterations department gets 6/5 stars! They were all super helpful, really kind, and made me feel beautiful and amazing in my bridesmaid dress. They also helped me find a bra that worked for the dress when I had a hard time finding one on my own. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I was originally trying dresses on my consultant had multiple people she was helping, so I felt like my party and I mostly tried on dresses alone and I missed out on some of that support, but she ended up being the person who found the perfect dress in the end, so I can't be too salty! Overall I highly recommend David's Orland Park. Everyone is so kind and professional and the work they do is incredible! I love my dress and I can't wait for my friends wedding.”
“I go here sometimes when my local Fleet Store does not have something in stock that I want right away. They have a large inventory of shoes and can also get what you want if it isn’t there quickly. Staff as in all these stores are excellent, personable and very knowledgeable. This time the sales person Anne was particularly helpful with advice about a new shoe model and was incredibly patient with my picky self in handling a complicated exchange transaction that included getting some shoes for me from their warehouse sent to my local store. Fleet Feet stores that I’ve been going to for 20 years from Chicago to the western burbs are by far the best running shoe stores anywhere.”

“I visited the store for the first time and had such an amazing experience! Angela was so awesome in helping me throughout the whole time I was there, from scanning my feet with a 3D digital scanner, understanding what I was searching for in a shoe, and helping me find the best shoes that worked for me. They have a great selection in store and they can order shoes from online as well. I definitely plan to go back again and would recommend it to anyone who is searching for comfortable shoes to wear!”

“Cheap, and fast(same day work) with great quality work. To restitch, water proof and clean my work boots was $20. And I’m a sprink… if you know then you know how dirty my boots get(black water). Bring this place all your shoes I think new or old they can make any foot wear problems go away. I will be back!!”
“Golden Shoes was recommended by the rounding podiatrist at my mom's assisted living (Evergreen Senior Living). She has a spur on her left heel that's quite painful, so the Dr. said GS sells cushy shoes that could give her some relief. My mom is 88I phoned Monday, 4/29 at about 5:45 pm. The lady said she'd have to call me back, as the store was slammed. OK. Well, around 8 pm, Camille called back. I said, "It can wait until tomorrow; go home!" She said, "You sounded kind of desperate, so I called tonight." We ran through the situation and she assured me they could help.My mom had a Dr. appt. on Thursday, 5/2, so I wanted to kill a couple of birds while she was out anyway. Camille told me she might not be in when we came, but Mike could take care of us. And boy, did he! She hadn't be back of 5 minutes at Evergreen before receiving two compliments on the shoes. It's not about the fashion, but rather the comfort/relief the shoes bring. She said it was about 80% better.Mike was so kind, patient, professional, but relaxed; great sense of humor, too! I can't say enough about Golden Shoes, their staff and selection. We frequent restaurants nearby, but never knew the store existed. I'm so thankful Dr. Maureen recommended it. “This is a great place to go for a pointe shoe fitting. Maribeth, made the process so painless. She was extremely patient. She passed on so much information that we have never heard before and this is our third pointe shoe fitting. “Yesterday I was fortunate enough to go into your VonMaur Store in Bloomington/Normal Illinois. It should be noted that my friend and I received incredible customer service from Karen in women’s clothing, Ann in Jewelry and from a gentleman who helped us in Men’s Clothing. All three Sales Reps were juggling other people while we were shopping (and asking questions as well) and they showed extreme adaptability, knowledge of inventory, patience, and kindness. We were seriously going to walk out with nothing when Karen asked us to try a couple of different dresses and in different sizes and to make a long story short, we both bought the last dress that each of us tried on because of her incredible salesmanship and knowledge of the product, material and fit! A great experience to shop in your stores and she even surpassed the attention test that I always attributed to only boutiques.”
