“Urzis is a great Italian market. Many easy to make meals in the freezer like meatballs and ravioli. They have any spice you could need. My favorite place to get pizza making supplies. Great candy selection too!”
“The best place to purchase pasta, hands down! We buy a reasonably priced dry pasta from Italy, Granoro, and it tastes like we made it fresh. Their frozen toasted ravioli is better than the ravs at any restaurant on the Hill. And the cheese selection!!! No need to go anywhere else for your Italian dinner needs.”
“Absolutely loved this spot! The food was incredible — the skillet hash with the perfectly runny egg was next level, and the biscuits and gravy were rich, comforting, and so flavorful. You can tell everything is made with care. The space is cozy and welcoming, and the little touches (like the fresh flowers on the table) made it feel extra special. Will 100% be back!
HUGE PLUS! I took home the gumbo from in their coolers and had an amazing dinner that evening at home.”
“I've been coming here for years and always received great service. I wasn't feeling too well today and had to send my husband in for our order. I was able to give them my list over the phone and schedule a pick up time. This was a life saver! The guys & women here are so nice. Thank you all so much!”
“Outstanding service paired with phenomenal food. This locally owned gem in the heart of Laclede’s Landing is run by an owner, her mother, and a staff who are genuinely kind and welcoming. I’m a big fan and will absolutely continue supporting this restaurant.”
“The Philly Cheesesteak is DELICIOUS ????.
Service was quick and there's lots of drink and dessert options. I will definitely be returning to try the fried chicken and the famous baked potato!!”
“Fairly priced. Everything was nice, clean, and organized. They have butchers in the back that are extremely nice and helpful. Fresh fruits and produce along with homemade baked goods that are amazing. There's a restaurant that is also attached to the store that sells amazing food. The ladies that are at the registers were extremely nice and were always smiling. That's what people need to see in life nowadays. It put a smile on my face. I would definitely recommend this store to others. They also have fresh hot homemade tortillas every Sunday. They're also extremely good.”
“This place is your typical grocery store, but knowing that it's family-owned and operated made it that much more pleasant to shop at. This store was clean, and it was easy to find things we were looking for.”
“Staff was very friendly and for the most part, pricing is comparable to members only warehouse clubs. Beef prices were especially good.
Staff is well trained and friendly. Store is well stocked and clean.”
“My husband and I are new to the area and saw that the market was only a 3 min walk !We had amazing customer service! Good prices . We both got huge fresh sub sandwiches, chips , drinks and wraps and it was 23 bucks !This place will be are new go too”
“I absolutely loved shopping at this meat market when I lived in St. Louis. The butchers were always friendly, knew their stuff, and the meat packages were priced really well for the quality you got. They had a great selection, and it was one of those places you could count on every time.
Since moving away, I honestly haven’t found another market that comes close. St. Louis locals really have something special there and should definitely appreciate it.”
“I have been on the hunt for a place that sells organic, farm fresh produce, meat, dairy. I didn’t have enough time to really browse all the things they have in this space, but the produce I got was so fresh and tasted like real foood!!! The farm fresh cream was amazing and I’m excited to try the steaks and chicken!!! My only wish i had was that there were more places like this closer to the area where I live, but thankful there is a place like this!!”
“Fantastic wine bar! Great neighborhood spot with wonderful selection of wines and local spirits + beers in the retail shop. Awesome vibe at the bar to enjoy a few drinks with friends. Tiffany (owner), Ken the Wine Dude, and all of the staff are friendly and helpful”

“Great prices on great food ... No frills but it reflects on price as well. Did some shopping for necessary items like bread , milk, and eggs with another couple items for under $20.”
“Shop at this location weekly. Staff is always very helpful, even though the chain isn’t known for exceptional customer service they are always pointing me in the right direction if I need something. Products are fresh, store is fairly clean.”
“The waffle cut fries and the hand grated frozen cheddar cheese bag are excellent. All the cheeses we have bought over the years have been excellent and a dollar or two cheaper than Sams or Schnucks. The frozen 5 hamburger patties and the frozen St. Louis style box we're both decent. Yeah the staff is not real friendly or helpful. Or I should say… depends who is working. Not too knowledgeable on their product for such a small store. You don't seem that busy at the counter ... so walk around a bit and familiarize yourself, why don't you?”

“I been using this store for years and filling of my foods needed to survive. For as the people outside not so blessed to shop inside have never seen any of them cause problems with anyone and acasionally when I don't feel like reinstalling the cart and no one to catch you on the flip will happily do it for the quarter and I think that's a generous service for the money.”
“After searching for glass bottle Topo Chicos and failing at big box stores, I decided to drive out of the way and try out La Tienda. They had exactly what I needed. The man who rang me out gave me a bulk price which was much appreciated. Also, I needed four limes, which I didn’t see on the sales floor. The cashier graciously went in back and just gave me them. All around, very courteous and great service! I’ll be back to try the food.”
“I always have a great experience here. Best place to find tons of ramen options (my go to to get here) and other very specific ingredients other stores dont offer.”
“I come here a lot for vapes, the guy (I assume the owner) is really decent. Got a bad vape there, the thing kept firing even after I used it and couldn't get it to stop. I didn't think to get the receipt so the owner gave me a 50% discount on the replacement. All and all, pretty good place if you're not looking to buy alcohol.”
“Compared to the Schnucks down the road, this Dierbergs is a treat. Newer, brighter and wider aisles. I don’t live in Oakville anymore, but years ago this was our main grocery store, and it served us well.”
“They give great service know exactly what I want when I come in, great costumer service and actually talk to you about how is your day going very great people and store”
“Food is always good. )I wish they still offered okra). The staff is friendly and accommodating. The facility is too warm but I understand the cost of cooking such a facility.”
“They sell the freshest meat and seafood in the West end of the city. I recommend the chicken wings, pork steak and fresh lunch meat. Just make sure u tell that brother to put on some clean plastic gloves before he wait on u.”
“Best store I’ve found in the area! They have a wonderful selection, super friendly staff, and really fresh options. Their guac and queso (packaged up from the restaurant) is super fresh and tastes delicious.”
“The cashier are great people and the price are not that bad depending on what you buying I like this store I never seen them being disrespectful to the customer they seem very welcome and the store clean”
“I love this market! My partner is from the Middle East, and the Baghdad market has everything she needs to get some home comfort. The owners are very nice and will help you with anything you need. Also, product quality is good, have never had a complaint about it.”
“Best place to stop when you need groceries after work. Easy to find stuff, prices are clear, always good meat specials, quick check out and the nicest staff of any grocery store.”
“I like all these I like the chicken salad I like the bread I like the milk now you tell me why over in Illinois they sell the exact same gallon of milk for about $2.03 a gallon and on the Missouri side it can be $3.80 a gallon on the same day. I'm curious to why that is. Aldi's is a great place to shop”
“This store is always well stocked, clean and friendly workers, when there's a line waiting for the cashier it moves fast, I've had a good experience every time I go there. The only thing I don't like is the pavement you drive over, it needs attention, since the store is part of a small shopping center it may be the responsibility of the owner, the lot is good at the store. The store is a pleasure to shop in, so well organized, the pavement is a part of the whole shopping experience and shouldn't be neglected, I believe cars can enter a couple other ways and avoid that part but my car likes the shorter way in there. I know most of the pavement in the rest of the shopping center is far worse. I know it can be very expensive to do all that but this city needs to keep their tenants and shoppers proud of what they have and save people's shocks and tires.”
