“The employees are great! Very friendly and helpful. You can ship and pick up packages here. We wanted to ship something but didn't realize we needed shipping materials. They helped us locate empty boxes and bubble wrap. They put everything together and secured it with extra cardboard and tape. The employees are truly amazing! Highly recommend this place.”

“Quick in and out. Make sure you already printed a label and affixed it to your package. This access point is inside an auto parts store and they do not have boxes or a way to print your label. They are just a drop off point for a UPS driver to pick up from.”

“This is a review for mail carrier Eric Ramirez. Eric took over for our regular mail carrier who went on maternity leave. We had a problem receiving some mail and he went out of his way to find out what the problem was even after working many hours. He's a valued employee and his positive attitude and friendliness was a pleasure and a rare commodity today.”

“8/10/2024 @ 1145am: Kerry is a ROCK STAR! Wish every Post Office had a person with this much work ethic & attention to detail. We had an appointment for 3 minor passports at the South County mall location. The USPS rep there turned us away b/c it was “too much” and asked questions to find any reason to turn us away. She sent us to the Telegraph location where Kerry took care of business. Looked like he took care of about a dozen passports by the time we showed up.

“Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews. I just went to send off my taxes for the first time and the people working were both very nice and patient. I think if you have some sort of complex you might not know or like how things are run but they are efficient and nice people! The post office is so important to our society so please be nice and polite to the workers and you’ll be treated the same.”

“This seems like a central facility. Lots of parking. We made an error in address in one of our mails when dropping off. We realized it right after. The person at the facility brought out our mail and redid the address, which was nice.”
“Had to ship a return item. It was quick and effortless. My only qualm was that I needed to tape the return label to the box and was informed that I needed to purchase my own tape.”

“I want to give a positive to this facility. I was expecting a delivery of an important item yesterday for my business. Tracking said my mailbox was unaccessible (even though I had received mail yesterday and today.) I went to the post office to inquire about it. The supervisor called me and said it may have been mis-delivered.. At 8:30 PM, my mail person (who I believe is new) showed up at my home with my item. I greatly appreciate the fact that my mail person would come back with my item on a Friday night at 8:30 PM. I understand they are changing things up here and mistakes happen, but this location and its personnel went out of their way to get my item to me. It's great to see people who still care. Thank you Shrewsbury USPS. You all are appreciated.”
