She was personable, engaging, and gave alot of advice for finding cases, screen protectors, etc. for phones that are newly released. We had to be there for over an hour for the services but it didn't feel like it.”

“Airtime Wireless is actually solid. Pops been running that place since I was a kid (late 90s), and he really knows his stuff. I went in thinking it was gonna be another headache, like when Apple be making you sit around forever just to charge you crazy money. But nah. Pops got my phone fixed up quick and always talks to me like a regular. No attitude, no tryin to hustle me. Service been good, prices make sense. If you need your phone right, for real, just go to Pops.”

Even when we came back to upgrade and change phones, they went to the limits to make us happy. They were EXTREMELY patient with us making sure we understood info re: new phones and how to use them.
