Dread going into store as they are always understaffed. However as busy as they were a woman by the tag name Erica helped me and everyone in there at the same time.

“I had great exceptional experience when I was set up for service here. The person Martina was informative and helped me great deal in starting my service with Cricket Wireless and HBO MAX. There was one star off because she sold me the wrong wireless cord charger. She knew I had the later Apple phone (16) and sold me a cord charger for the later models. It was fixed the next day by the two sales associate working at the Cricket Wireless place the day before (11/26/25) Thanksgiving.”
