“I'm a pretty frequent customer and AD is ALWAYS nice, respectful, and informative. Great guy. Also the prices and the variety of choices are excellent! Definitely 5 stars.”
“They don't need food products out here in the weather getting cold and hot don't think that is a good idea just saying. Glad they have the gas station though and service excellent.”

“Always check the price there before Sam's club, as they buy their fuel wholesale at that days market price. It's a cheaper grade. I try to always use name brand fuel. It burns smoother and lasts much longer.”
“Kroger fuel points are nice, saved 3 cents a gallon. It is easy to get in-and-out for gas. The bathrooms are kind of a pain because the attendant has to open them for you, but they are relatively clean. Has basic snacks and drinks.”
“Luke is an amazingly positive and friendly employee. You don’t get that kind of kindness from workers around the Carbondale area very often. Kindness goes a long way, and made my day. Thanks Luke!”
“Love it, staff is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to assist customers. Usually very clean and well stocked, very rarely do they not have what I need. Highly recommend.”
“Good food for sure but as far as how they treat employees it's awful like one of the previous comments said they don't pay overtime they just act like you worked 40 hours and then pay you cash for the rest and they don't pay time and a half you can make the store look wonderful and they don't say a word you can forget to rinse the coffee pot and they threaten the fire you I'm only rating it four stars for the convenience store itself overall good place to get food drink or gas”
“Kellie at the Colp, Big Daddy's location is so down-to-earth, and genuinely a kind person. Quite possibly the most helpful customer service worker, I've probably ever came into contact with. I came in there for a phone charger, and even though she tried her hardest but couldn't find the one that I needed, she offered to let me take her own personal charger with me. Wow! She is the reason I will continue to give this location my business. Kellie, don't ever change, you are awesome!! ”

“BATHROOMS ARE CLEAN. YOU USUALLY HAVE TO WAIT BECAUSE EVERYBODY USES THEM. FOOD WAS GREAT. THEY HAVE A SPICY CHICKEN FINGERS. THAT ARE GOOD. DON'T CARE TOO MUCH FOR THEIR GIZARDS.THEY USUALLY ARE PRETTY TOUGH”
“Typical Casey's services, not remarkably good or bad. Good prices on snacks and drinks, glad they're not going crazy on markup like other local places. Buy my Arizonas there.”

“I used to love it here. My husband and I spend way too much money here, however we had a very unpleasant experience tonight. The newer cashier Josh decided to be very unprofessional and rude to us. He called us liars and had no decency towards us as paying customers. I hope he grows up and learns social etiquette and manners. He reflects his establishment poorly.”

“This is my favorite gas station in Carbondale Illinois and i definitely wouldn’t change it for another place. Circle K is #1 in my great book of all time gas station, so keep up the great things that you do”
“I have to give a huge shoutout to Sage at Casey’s General Store in Hurst, Illinois located off of Cambria Rd. (Hurts). Every time I stop in, he is incredibly personable with customers and makes the whole experience enjoyable. He actually remembers my order, which really says a lot about the level of care he puts into his job. He is always in a great mood and makes me feel even more at home.
Sage always has a great sense of humor and keeps things light while still making sure everything is made exactly right. Whether he is making your pizza or simply ringing you out at the register. You can tell he genuinely wants customers to leave happy and we well, we always do. It’s rare to find service this friendly and consistent these days.
If you’re in Hurst and stopping by Casey’s, you’ll know you’re in good hands when Sage is working!”
“The Casey's in Energy has the best pizza. I drive an extra mile just to order from this location. My orders are always fresh and made with the perfect cheese, sauce, and dough ratio. The employees are friendly and professional. My Aunt and I have only good things to say about this particular Casey's.”

“Great store a ton of food, liquor and beverage options. Gas is.....well gas. Everyone is super friendly. O ly down side is they are popular enough pulling in and out is shady at times due to all the traffic. If not that for sure 5 star!”
“The bad reviews of this place are silly. This is a pretty great Casey’s location. All the food I’ve gotten here was great. I’ve never had a bad experience at Casey’s.”
“Ryu was very kind and patient at the drive through. Helped me find the best deal on multiple energy drinks and was awesome. Good experience. Great customer service and quick.”
