“Mike, one of the employees at this store, took a customer ahead of 5 others who had been waiting for their turn. The man walked in, went straight to Mike's desk while he was workng with another customer. The customers in the lobby, informed the man they were all waiting. The man protested. Mike took him ahead of the others and proceeded to work on his account. The rudeness was awarded with immediate service. The other 2 employees did their very best to work through the line of customers. Mike needs to learn how not to be bullied by an insistent and rude customer. Perhaps learning to ask a customer who jumps the line to be patient as others have been waiting for their turn and invite the next person in line to his desk.”

“Absolutely the best internet provider hands down. I have never been treated in such a respectable and kind manner by any company and certainly not by any Internet services provided by the so called big providers. Missy who when I called was such a a pleasure to help place my order with was great. Not once did I feel pressured in any way. She is extremely knowledgeable kind and a pleasure to speak with. My installer arrived on time( early by at least ten min) and fully prepared in a uniform with a plainly visible I d. Those three things are impressive. Most the time in my experience with other providers they don't ever show up and if they do it's never on time. You end up with a hassle,poor services and employees that don't care. Mid Century and it's employees have gone far above any other internet provider out there . I have there internet and phone. Recently installed it was easy and straight forward process from ordering to install. In less than 24hrs. They did not try to upsale anything to me. They did not lie to me. They delivered 100 percent what they said that they would when promised. I will be a customer permanently. I dare anybody to find a better provider. I will recommend them to anybody that needs a company that go above and beyond in every way!”
