“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This place is leaps above other pharmacies around here. Previously I went to Walmart pharmacy then switched to Walgreens as they were better. However these past few months Walgreens has had issues. Between being closed for no employees to work. They messed up my prescriptions far too many times. So I switched to this pharmacy. I am beyond glad. This place has your medicine filled on time. The employees are friendly. I am sticking with them forever.”

“I have gone to the walk in clinic twice, both times on a Saturday. On both occasions the staff was friendly and professional and I didn’t have to wait long to see a PA. The nurses were attentive and PAs really took the time to listen, asked follow up questions, gave excellent advice, took various tests to diagnose the problems I was having, and prescribed medication that helped me right away. I’d have had to wait two weeks to get in to see my PCP so it’s really great that the walk in clinic is there!!”

“They switched my prescription from one Walgreens' that was closed to another. They told me that my new prescription would take about an hour to fill, but it took less than an hour. I did all of this on the phone. Great service!!!”

“Best Walmart automotive I’ve been to! Super helpful and friendly! I’ve been to a lot of Walmarts in different states and this one is the best in my experience so far. Dorian and Ted are the two guys that helped me and made my day with their service and support They went above and beyond! 10 stars ?”

“My late Sunday night visit to the Carbondale Wal-greens nearest SIU was quick and complete. But I ran into a complication that took a little bit longer to handle and the two Wal-Greens’ personnel were kind, patient and helpful. I believe the two personnel were named April (she just transferred to this location) and a white gentleman who was working the register. ROCKSTARS! Thank you”

“Wow..i was really impressed. I came in for tires. The auto center was well manned, the manager gave me excellent service. He quoted me for 4 tires, wipers and a roadside warranty. I was pleased with the price and his knowledge of the products. I was then directed to the service writer who wrote up my order, gave me a ticket and said they would text me when the car was ready. They all wore masks, had hand sanitizer at the entrance, put on protective coverings in the car and took great precautions during this Covid19 pandemic. I then went into the store to do some shopping. There were many employees working hard at stocking and cleaning shelves. I stopped to ask multiple employees about different things i was looking for and they were all so friendly and knowledgeable of their store. I even asked the pharmacist about his recommendations for a cream for my grandson and he was so helpful. The lot was clean. The cashier was incredibly friendly, and even though she had a mask on, I knew she was smiling. I really was super impressed! I would give this store 10 stars if I could.”

“Huge improvement in recent years. Don't let old reviews throw you. There is a whole new team who are thoughtful, resourceful, and willing to answer questions. Every employee I've encountered has been amazing.”
