“I was asked to circle back to wait for another prescription. While waiting a frazzled ma in front of me with a special needs son was having quite a time with him. He was every where and she was in tears. Miss Kaitlin was not only doing her best with the ma, she was beyond patient with that boy. From stickers to kind words to letting him play with her lanyard. In todays society we need more Miss Kaitlin’s!! Great job young lady you made this ole ma so proud of you and the way you handled that stressful situation. Keep being you doll!”
