“I have gone to the walk in clinic twice, both times on a Saturday. On both occasions the staff was friendly and professional and I didn’t have to wait long to see a PA. The nurses were attentive and PAs really took the time to listen, asked follow up questions, gave excellent advice, took various tests to diagnose the problems I was having, and prescribed medication that helped me right away.
I’d have had to wait two weeks to get in to see my PCP so it’s really great that the walk in clinic is there!!”
“My late Sunday night visit to the Carbondale Wal-greens nearest SIU was quick and complete. But I ran into a complication that took a little bit longer to handle and the two Wal-Greens’ personnel were kind, patient and helpful. I believe the two personnel were named April (she just transferred to this location) and a white gentleman who was working the register. ROCKSTARS! Thank you”

The staff for the front of the store (retail/photo) I have not experienced anything bad as other people are reviewing here, however, I also have not felt anything great either. I would say pharmacy-5/5 retail/photo- 3/5”

I did not know about them until I finally had the last bit of crap I could take from Walgreens and even Walmart. I asked around and searched for a friendly, hometown pharmacy and found Medicenter Pharmacy. From my very first interaction with Tori she is always so nice, sweet, kind and compassionate. She is always smiling! Makes me smile too. The pharmacist is also very kind, compassionate and empathetic. Mark the delivery driver is so kind and pleasant to talk to. What more could you ask for?
I recommend Medicenter Pharmacy to everyone who needs medication and wants to be treated like a human being with kindness, care, compassion and empathy.
