She guided us through every step of the process and ensured we didn’t miss a step. They actually looked at out dealer paperwork to ensure everything was on the up and up.
Closing the loan at the branch was pleasant, quick, and we were well taken care of. We have used Corporate American for several auto loans and we will never go anywhere else for financing because of the great finance rates, awesome customer service and ease of use of the mobile app. You can’t go wrong with CAFCU.”

“I live in Kentucky. Because of the rates and excellent service I receive, Consumers is my primary financial institution. I have a couple of checking accounts, one with a 4.09% APR with my credit card spend. I also have a Smart Saver account that earns over 2.00%. Awesome experience over the end of last week and the weekend with their loan department. Needed to buy a car to help with gas. My commute to work is 100 miles each way.Super easy approval process. Applied online. Approved the next day. Finding the car I wanted was tough and actually took me to Chicago. Submitted everything to Heather at the end of last week she got everything squared away. I even received some emails past 8pm. That’s dedication. Flew into Chicago this morning. As promised, the check was waiting on me at the Streamwood branch. I and my Uber driver literally only stopped for 30 seconds. I cannot say enough great things about Heathers service and the overall experience this credit union provides. “While I am sure IBEW 701 as a whole are great, unless "the Code" is in place (no pun intended) Joe H. (not his son) has worked there for a long time. Asked if he had two masks, one for myself & for my child as we ARE medically compromised & was told NO, only to overhear Josh H., his nephew (works for Jewel Meat Dept.), say to a Nurse that Joe gave him masks & he could give her an N94 mask. Josh got his masks from his Uncle (Joe N95's), to which I saw a stack of them in his hands; It does not surprise me as both talk bad about me having very little to nothing to do with us & ongoing for many years prior as they do not know how to break their cycles. Keep up the good work IBEW 701. Stay Well & Safe! I am pretty sure Joe H. & Josh H. will, with their supply of N95's...as accepting certain phy. disabilities appears not to be in their "Code"!”
