βThe store was very clean and the staff was friendly. There was a nice assortment of things to choose from that were clearly displayed. Even though there was so much inside, it didn't feel cluttered at all.β
βI love this place for decor and seasonal. Actually lots of things. Prices are reasonable. Sometimes I forget it's so close to me. But definitely love shopping here.β

βArrived last minute with only minutes before closing, which I don't like doing to store staff. Needed balloons for my daughter's birthday. Staff was friendly and courteous even though they were closing. Even refilled helium in some of the balloons. Customer service that I appreciate. Thank you. Sorry I was not able to get names of the staff members, but great job to the crew.β
β5/24 - Bought some patio furniture items here. I had a problem with one of the pieces and they immediately took care of it. Great customer service and great attitudes.β

βGood Five Below. Fairly good selection and could get in and out fairly easy. Only downside is double check the snacks. Found a pack of beef jerky that was green and moldy.β
βOmg.. Iβll never forget this kind lady associate manager who helped take care of me today. I usually buy my dishes, bowls and coffee mugs at IKEA. But I was just browsing around in the store. And found and I bought some beautiful floral design dishes with matching coffee mugs and matching placemats. This is my treat for my Motherβs Day. So when I have my friends or family over at my place. They will be surprised at the beautiful table setting with beautiful dishes, coffee mugs and matching placemats.
Thank you to dear nice lady night manager Hope. I love this store because of its beautiful kinds of things you can buy. And I am handicap I walk with a cane now since my stroke because I have lupus vasculitis. I had angioplasty surgery I have right vertebral stent & I have numbness on my right side body now.
Itβs hard for me to go shopping. But itβs people like dear kind Hope that make a difference in life. Thank you so much Hope for helping me today. That was so nice of you.

Check it out at the dollar tree store. I havenβt gone there for a long time. Itβs really a great place to shop. I give Hope 5 stars for great customer service.β
βI am giving 5 stars to the manager, tall cashier dude that's always present, and the older woman that typically closes because these workers bust their humps!

I was in this evening around 6:48 pm. The cashier ( no name tag) wearing white jogging pants and a black top should be taught to not be holding a customer's money and texting... I wanted to scream from how unprofessional it was just standing there staring at her for what seemed like FOREVER to please put her phone down and finish my transaction. As soon as I walk up she's just texting completely ignoring me and my entire interaction was awkward. I look forward in seeing the manager whenever I walk in as she is incredibly helpful and pleasant and I could've right there and then called for her however she was busy putting the price tags on throughout the entire store trusting this young lady and this cashier should be written up. Next time if it happens again I will be certain to say something. If it were my job, I'd be out of a job, period. I did not appreciate spending $43.00 to give her $45.00 and wait forever to get my change that probably was about 3 minutes total just staring at her and she gave no care because obviously it's welcomed. I have seen the manager at this location train and she is stern, hard pressed while being gentle and extremely patient so I know it is not happening in her presence. We all have things going on at home, etc but that's what a break is for!!
As a professional, please do not respond with, " I'm sorry to hear this. Please email me or please understand.... ( Whatever reason is given it is not good enough)"
In my customer service career as a young cashier I had to learn the hard way by receiving a write up, having my phone confiscated by management until the end of my shift or being sent home without pay.
I do understand that this generation is pretty much... RELAXED to a certain degree but it is common sense, " the customer service is the first contact, is responsible for creating that warm and inviting impression to keep customers coming back vs to their competitors, are responsible for adhering to their employment hand book guidelines of what is acceptable and isn't and the customers wanting to come back purchasing inventory is what creates profit and raises"
Please, get it together. Give your Manager and the old lady a raise as they have been the consistent employees in that store since I moved to Wood Dale years ago. Stop hiring anyone and if you do ensure they have common knowledge of what is expected or train them properly so that these young folks understand.β
βThey finally updated their location about a year ago. This used to be one of my favorite DTs before the pandemic, but they started "Falling Off" years before the pandemic. The location started to feel "Low Budget" meaning, they barely had anything and the stock was always low. I actually stopped going to this one. But they are now back on track and the stock is always healthy.β

βI went to the dollar store this time at the Lombard location. I think this store is much bigger compared to the other dollar tree stores. Well I went and I found some bowls to match with the white & blue flower design plates, coffee mugs & placemats that I bought yesterday evening. At another dollar tree I went yesterday. There was this nice lady associate that helped me & took care of me earlier in the afternoon today. Her name was Genie. Thank you to her for being so kind & helpful. It was good that this nice lady associate helped me because Iβm handicap now. Iβm glad I bought some newspaper & thanks for helping wrap my beautiful bowls that I bought. I also bought some bouquet of balloons for Motherβs Day for my Mom & also a bouquet of balloons for my daughter too. They really have nice stuff to buy at this store. Good quality & good prices. God bless. I give Genie & this dollar tree store 5 stars.β
βAt first it looks like they have a lot of options, but it was hard to find anything I really liked. The selection felt a bit underwhelming.
Still, if youβre looking for something specific, you might get lucky and find what you need. Worth checking out, but donβt expect too much.β

So when I went back in the manager was so awesome judy. She even came outside to try and help me with the second one that I bought. I have never had an employee, let alone A. Manager at a dollar general come out and try and assist me with a product that I bought.β
βI love coming here because the ladies who work here are just exceptionally helpful :-) friendly, and it makes it so much nicer than just a regular dollar store experience. I will definitely be back because I love that exceptional experience!!! Thank you ladies for your spirit!β

βWalmart Pharmacy - High Quality Best Price I frequently visit Walmart. Good store for everyone's requirements.Easy to locate things.Specially Walmart Pharmacy is good.I visited Walmart for reading glasses. I was disappointed when I didn't find 2.25 reading glasses there. Online it was showing available but in store it was not showing any sign of 2:25 I took picture of that too .β
βExcellent store, always clean, great customer service. Managers great, cashiers are very friendly, I was reading some ov the reviews, one got my attention. SIS, MAYBE if your nose wasn't in their business you wouldn't of had a bad experience. Who knows what they were talking about mind your own. I see some frustrations there, the customers don't pick up after themselves, they leave things on the floor if they drop it, or put it on a shelf where it don't belong , gift bags mainly, pick up the bags you drop! Stealing is another issue, STICKERS you go though the stickers and leave stacks on the shelves shame on you. So before you put something down where it don't belong... think about it PUT IT BACK! You are making the store look dirty and you are doubling the work of the employee's because now they have to clean up after your bad lazy decisions

βPretty good for Walmart. Met some of the nicest employees here. Store is pretty clean and organized but does lack some items. Food selection is ok but not as good as others.β
βThis place is a convenient place to shop when you want to grab and go vs Meijer, Wal-Mart, etc. Workers are always courteous with smiles on their faces. Store is remodeled and looks great!β
βNeeds more staff especially stockers there is piles of suff in the isles just sitting there you can hardly walk through the store. Store needs much better managment!!!!!!!!!!β
βJust got there 10 minutes before they closed the place was very clean and the workers were very polite I got the item I wanted and waited in line one of the workers was paying for stuff and for the wait they paid for the item I was getting if I could rate this place more stars I would one of the nicest workers god bless that worker ?β
