I called ahead to see if someone was available to help me and some family members and he assured me he'd be happy to help, and to ask for him when I arrived. He was focused and very helpful in setting up a new account and fixing an existing one. He was very patient with us and while on the phone with competitor companies as we changed plans. He also went above and beyond to accommodate us to make sure we were comfortable and understood what the process was. Again, my family and I were very pleased with the care he took to help us and I recommend him and this store.”
