“Kesha, Tyler, and their manager were absolutely amazing. They helped me with an issue that I’ve been having since December. They are amazing! They got it resolved in store for me, explained why it happened, talked with their representatives over the phone to better explain the situation, and actually got my issue resolved.
The ONLY thing that deserves ZERO stars (actually negative stars because it’s that bad) is Verizon’s online chat support and their customer support line. I have never had such bad service over the phone. I contacted Verizon’s support multiple times to get my issue resolved, and every time they would say it’s resolved, but when I checked my next statement, it wasn’t fixed. Not only had I been lied to multiple times, but they were no help and seemed to never understand what was going on or how to fix it. They also seemed to not understand basic English sometimes.”
