The service manager, Alexis, helped us resolve a recent miscommunication involving our quote- he went above and beyond to get us the best possible outcome, and followed up thoroughly the whole way through. Ben has also given us honest advice, and really takes the time to communicate what is being done and following up as well. “Store was very clean and organized. It was very busy the day after Christmas but associates were everywhere putting things out and away. Cashier line moved very quickly even with the long lines. Staff up front was amazing. Isabella was very pleasant to talk to while she was ringing my merchandise up. She was very engaged. I love to see younger workers or any worker engage with their customer, so that meant a lot. Customer service has gone down hill bc of so many workers not wanting to talk to their customers and smile. I was very impressed all around.”

There are almost always good sales and today was 20% off everything, even already discounted.”

“This Walmart location is always a busy store with many helpful employees and for the most part it is stocked with all the tems I need and use. I usually order through the Walmart delivery app but somedays, like today, we went in and shopped. We were looking to purchase a TV since their was a sale going on for Black Friday. We were helped by the staff and appreciated their assistance with our issues.”
