“They got my office out of a really tricky situation back during the holidays and literally saved us with our holiday card order! Within minutes of calling we had 2 people emailing me already collecting details to rush our order along. They were so fast, the cards were so high quality, and we will be using Minuteman every year now for our big holiday order. Thank you Brad and Samantha!”

“Mike and Bill were absolutely AMAZING to work with. Truly went above and beyond. They did not just simply print what was sent but made suggestions and offered better solutions than what our team created. I would highly recommend using Plum Grove and would hope all get the pleasure to work with Mike and Bill!”
“They did great work on our signs. They were super efficient and had a great attention to detail. They even fixed up a crooked sign for us!

“This place is great for niche art supplies, they sell even large canvas the size of small cars. They also do printing reproductions and sell Warhammer minins and associated paints, quite the menagerie. Staff is very friendly as is the dog.”
“Our company has been using McKee printing for large format printing and their quality surpasses all others we've tried in the past. They are efficient, appropriately priced and always produce a high quality product. Beyond being masters in printmaking, the two owners are some of the most light hearted business owners I've ever met. Do yourself a favor and inquire with McKee printing today!”
“Great experience! Team posters made. VCP was creative on design and made suggestions to fit within our budget. Product turned out great. Definitely will order from again.”
“The guys that work here are awesome! Always friendly, always trying to help in any way they can. I don’t go to any other ups only because of the staff that is there.”
“I’ve had photos restored, photos printed, and hundreds of print outs/copies done at Downtown Photo. I’ve been using the services there for years-even at the original location. I’ve used Jim to take photos of shows I’ve been involved with. Highly recommended!”
“Big shout out to Alli … she made my day today… AI helped me create a flyer and she helped me bring it to life with a beautifully printed masterpiece!!! Thank you !!!”
“I’m not sure who manages this location or who is responsible for training the team, but one thing I can say with complete confidence:
I visited during what seemed to be peak hours—around 5:30 PM—when the place was very busy. Despite that, the line moved almost immediately, and the entire team operated with remarkable efficiency.
What stood out even more was the professionalism combined with a genuinely friendly and welcoming attitude—something that, unfortunately, is not always common these days.
My sincere congratulations to everyone working there, especially the young team members. You are doing an outstanding job.”
“I had to make several Amazon returns at this ups store location around 11:30 am today. The employee that helped me was very patient, friendly and kind. Very hard to find people like this anymore. I will definitely go back for future Amazon returns and any other service I might need.”
“Fedex Office in West Dundee did a fantastic job on double sided menu printing on my own C2S stock in less than an hour and at an affordable price. I always choose the West Dundee location.”
“The best in the business when it comes to signage and vehicle wraps. I’ve used Daxam for over TWENTY years and they’ve always provided exceptional service, superior materials, design assistance and incredible customer service.”

“Kevin and his staff are amazing! Love their new location on. Northwest Highway next to Starbucks -Kevin and team are the very best time and again. Always my go to and service is fast- plus so many other services under one roof, Notary, shredding by the pound & so much more!,”
“GSF has been making me some fantastic screens, new and restretch for a few years now. Absolutely no issues so far....but this is the type of company that will take care of you if you do have some problems...if they arise, which is unlikely. I check tension on every screen with every order and they are ALL above 24nm and very consistently within 24-30nm. Their red adhesive is also proving to be very strong and I have yet to see a screen peeling away from the frame which to me has been very common with screens from other manufacturers. Be cautious with dehazing chemicals on thin thread screens as I believe its the culprit for small breaks in the mesh. -Cheers, happy printing! Thanks Frank!!”
“I had the most wonderful experience at this FedEx location! Ty helped me send a package to my best friend in Canada, and she made the entire process so easy, quick, and genuinely enjoyable. She was caring, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. It’s rare to meet someone so passionate and personable, she truly made me feel comfortable and cared for the entire time.
I’ve visited other FedEx locations before, but this one stands out by far. You can tell the team here really takes pride in what they do. Ty and the amazing ladies at this location deserve all the recognition, they make shipping feel personal, not stressful.
Ty, you’re an absolute gem! Keep shining bright, you made my day and definitely earned a lifelong customer.”
