“I’m not sure who manages this location or who is responsible for training the team, but one thing I can say with complete confidence:
I visited during what seemed to be peak hours—around 5:30 PM—when the place was very busy. Despite that, the line moved almost immediately, and the entire team operated with remarkable efficiency.
What stood out even more was the professionalism combined with a genuinely friendly and welcoming attitude—something that, unfortunately, is not always common these days.

“This is a shoutout to Owen at the UPS store in Fox River Grove. He was two weeks on the job and running the place ALONE! We brought him five large boxes three of which he had to pack. He was handling incoming patrons, trying to finish our boxes and answering phones and questions. It was a super busy day and he handled the work and himself very well. Shame on management for not having two people in the store. One for additional help and one for your employees safety.”
“Could not have nicer things to say about the print quality and staff at this FedEx Print & Ship location. I have used their print services twice: invitations and wedding signage/programs. Both instances I was impressed by how quickly they get the job done, quality of paper & ink, and paper options. They also offer cutting services to ensure edges are straight and clean. I have worked with Joyce, Brent, Kathy, and Chris over my couple of visits and all have been professional. I will certainly continue to use them for special occasions knowing how consistent they are. “I arrived at Streamwood United States Postal Service. I went to my mom's house and my mom said please mail my box and also my mail. If customers bring boxes the staff will weigh the package and ask customers is there any valuables inside the box. The staff will offer a receipt and on the receipt will show where the package is being delivered.”
