“I had a prepaid package to drop off, and all went very well. I entered the store, and seeing 2 customers ahead of me, I thought I might be waiting for a few minutes. One employee was working back behind the others, but he stopped what he was doing, and came forward to help me. I think that I was in the store less than a minute, and I was out and on my way home quickly. Nice clean store and outstanding customer service!”
“First time using UPS to send some stuff to my friend. Shital at Carpentersville location on western helped me a lot to figured out the heat possible option with great value. I took a lot of time but herself and her staff are great people and helped me through the process. 100% recommend this location :)

“I’m not sure who manages this location or who is responsible for training the team, but one thing I can say with complete confidence:
I visited during what seemed to be peak hours—around 5:30 PM—when the place was very busy. Despite that, the line moved almost immediately, and the entire team operated with remarkable efficiency.
What stood out even more was the professionalism combined with a genuinely friendly and welcoming attitude—something that, unfortunately, is not always common these days.

“This FedEx Office has such an amazing team! Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind.
I was there for more than 20 minutes printing some documents, and during that time, I had the chance to watch how thoughtfully they treated every customer—with patience, care, and a smile. It was clearly a busy time of day, but even around 6 PM, the staff were still energetic, positive, and willing to help everyone.
I was so impressed that I had to write this review. If you need to print, ship, or take care of anything at FedEx, I highly recommend coming here. You’ll not only get your work done efficiently, but you’ll also leave with some positive energy!

“This is a shoutout to Owen at the UPS store in Fox River Grove. He was two weeks on the job and running the place ALONE! We brought him five large boxes three of which he had to pack. He was handling incoming patrons, trying to finish our boxes and answering phones and questions. It was a super busy day and he handled the work and himself very well. Shame on management for not having two people in the store. One for additional help and one for your employees safety.”
