“Shout out to Shion (sp?) At FRG post office. This morning she appeared to be a one-man-show and totally handled it like a champ. A very unpleasant patron was in front of me and giving her a hard time. She kept her cool and was professional. Hard to work with the public but she does great!”

“We have a very nice post office in McHenry. The staff is efficient and helpful. Sometimes during the holidays, there are long lines, but that is to be expected. If you have a package with prepaid postage, you don't have to wait in line. You can just drop it off on one of the counters or put in the drop box. Best of all, postage rates have remained reasonable, even in these inflationary times.”

She is a glass half full person EVERY time I pop in. She helps me find great stamps to use with my students and always compliments me on how I address and stamp my mail! She just makes you feel good about your experience there and you leave with smile on your face ready to face the rest of your day!”

“This is by far the best postal service location I’ve ever frequented and am grateful it’s in our hometown. The staff are friendly, helpful, efficient, and fast. As a result, there are hardly ever any lines, but if there are a couple of people in line, you’re usually waited on in under a few minutes.”
