“I purchased my daughter's first car from Boutique Motors and had a great experience buying this car out of state, sight-unseen. The sale process was a simple wire transfer and once they received payment, they arranged for the shipping company to pick up the car and it was in my driveway 3 days later. I received the title the following day via FedEx. Once I got the car, it was as described with no hidden surprises. The delivery driver called me when he was close and was promt, professional and courteous. Overall, I'm very pleased in the whole process.”

“I came by because i had heard of this place online and my parents were town for a few hours left and figured it might be a long shot to get a tour but why not try. When i entered I found out you needed an appointment ahead of time as well as they were a bit busy at the time but after hearing about my parents they managed to accommodate us. The tour was insightful as well as the care the vehicles clearly had, and some of special order cars were packed with features that was awe inspiring. We got to see the showroom, body shop, the area were they painted as well as the room were they restored upholstery . I know my parents enjoyed it but my dad really loved it and he wont forget it and i wont

“I recently drove a friend to Ormsby Motors who was purchasing a car for his wife. The deal was basically completed on line including selling price and trade-in value. My friend has multiple medical issues including ambulatory problems. We were graciously greated by Mike who arranged for us to park very close to the office to accommodate my friend. Tom the owner took over the transaction which went incredibly smoothly. In fact my friend had a bank check that was more than the agreed upon price. Here's the kicker Tom suggested we take the car back to Wisconsin without any money down and mail him a new check with the correct amount. UNBELIEVABLE amount of trust and good will on Tom's part. They quickly worked out a mutually agreeable payment schedule. I have never witnessed an automobile transaction like this in my life. Tom and Mike couldn't have been more accommodating to make this deal work. Incidentally, the car was a Buick in excellent condition. I wish all car dealers had the integrity, trust, and honesty of Tom, Mike and Ormsby Motors. I recently spoke to my friend his wife loves the car.”
“Bought a used ford escape with 55k miles on it 3 years ago and I’m happy to say that car is running like a freaking champ at 72k miles. Keeping up with maintenance, a few fixes but overall good suv. We got an ok deal for that suv, it was the best option we had than buying a new vehicle. Either way we would recommend this dealer, come check it out. They've been a around for a while.”

“I got into a wreck and needed a vehicle fast. I showed up with my father and was IMMEDIATELY approached by the sales guy Simon who Greeted us with a firm handshake and attended to our every need with total professionalism. I settled on a super clean 2009 Grand Cherokee with Loredo trim and closed the sale. Took it home and within a week developed an overheating engine. In a panic I contacted the dealership and they set me up with their mechanic who diagnosed the issue "faulty water pump" and fixed it same day along with a new thermostat at no cost to me.
