“I don’t do this a lot but I just went to Victoria's Secret and I haven’t been in a very long time. It was 30 minutes till close and I needed help finding thongs, specifically red ones. A girl named Piper, went above and beyond. She helped me find what I was looking for, explained everything, and really took the time to get to know me. She also measured me (apparently I’m 40G and have been wearing the wrong bras) and set me up so I can come back and get the correct bras next time! Piper was AMAZING, if you go to VS ask for Piper, she will hook you up!”

Store was clean and very easy to walk thru with mobility aids. Several items were easy to reach. The ones that were not easy for me were easy retrieved by staff that were more than happy to help. It was pleasant to be met with such great customer service.
Staff quickly told me of deals and even helped me find a fun item!

“Everytime I go into this store, I find something I was either looking for or didnt know I needed! I love the dresses in the back. My eyes light up every time I see the beautiful amd sparkly dresses. I found a dress that fit me like a glove! I got so many compliments that evening. I bought some jewelry and they last a long time. I still wear a pair of small earrings from here almost daily because they're so pretty! I love Windsor! Highly recommend!”

“Went shopping this past weekend in the mall. It was packed and it didn’t seem like their air conditioning was on, so it was also extremely warm. After walking around for about 30 min I got over heated and almost passed out. Old navy was the closest store so I went inside to grab a T-shirt and some thinner pants. I almost blacked out and the staff was beyond amazing!! Very attentive helping me sit down and cool off! 10/10 service”
