“This location generally has tremendous guest service. They are patient and helpful. I shop here a few times a month, and it is always quick and pleasant. They are also patient with my old ass having to do an 8 point inspection on my air force ones, because Nike is 25 percent likely to send out some shitty ones. Thanks for the effort.”

“I can’t recommend this place and staff enough! :) Great experience every time I go. Every single staff member, in person or on phone from this location is outstanding. They are kind, accommodating, but also very knowledgeable and hospitable. I’ve never been to a shoe store that I remember where it’s been such a great experience and team. They’ll even put your shoes on for you if needed, clean them off, and spray new shoes you buy free of charge! You can walk out of this place (with or without a purchase) feeling cared for and with a pep in your step. I kid you not. My experience was this encouraging!
I recently went for the first time and got their foot scan for a solution for my flat feet. I got a pair of hokas size 6 and a size 6 aetrex shoe sole for support. I wore the shoes and soles for 3 days and realized I needed to size up. I called and talked to a great team member, who was very kind and accommodating. She told me to go ahead and come back in and they can easily exchange for me (new size and color). I went in, staff were very kind letting me know they were almost done with another customer but would soon be with me.
I got scanned again and got the help I needed with no hassle exchange! It turns out when I scanned for my size this time (not foot issue), I am actually a size 7 (without that scan I was just going to get a 6.5). They even exchanged me a new size/higher support insole. I didn’t even have the box for my soles for return because I forgot, but they took my new soles (gave them to me without a box) and easily just took my old ones and put them in the new box to re-inventory. They were so accommodating when I told them I wasn’t directly from the area. I walked out happy as could be! They are such a great team!”
