“This old family business has weathered over 150 years of service and it still delivers quality clothes with quality service. Myself and a friend wandered in and the very helpful floor staff talked us through its history and some of the unique building characteristics. It's a joy and the clothes are good.”
“Went shopping this past weekend in the mall. It was packed and it didn’t seem like their air conditioning was on, so it was also extremely warm. After walking around for about 30 min I got over heated and almost passed out. Old navy was the closest store so I went inside to grab a T-shirt and some thinner pants. I almost blacked out and the staff was beyond amazing!! Very attentive helping me sit down and cool off! 10/10 service”

We stopped in today and over were very impressed with staff and store!
Store was clean and very easy to walk thru with mobility aids. Several items were easy to reach. The ones that were not easy for me were easy retrieved by staff that were more than happy to help. It was pleasant to be met with such great customer service.
Staff quickly told me of deals and even helped me find a fun item!
Overall a great shopping experience. Will visit again!”

“I generally like Kohl's. Prices are pretty good for the variety. Lines for Amazon returns can be either short or quite long depending on the day but always convenient and located up front. Kohl's cash is nice, but expires.
Two critiques - every time you check out they ask if you want to sign up for their credit card, like without fail. Second, is they often don't give you coupons that are advertised unless you ask for them. So just watch the total as you get rung up, and be ready to show online.
Otherwise, I love Kohl's and I'll definitely be back.
