“The employees were all wonderful. I had the interior designer, Gina, come to my home to help with color matching and to look at what styles might be good in my very small space. I was impressed with her attention to detail; measurements were exact. All colors in my home were noted. She actually had my room on her computer; then on the large tv screen in the store.. Choosing the material- that was a hard decision. Gina even offered to come to my home, Again!
DEE is so knowledgeable with all the furniture and materials. In my opinion, she made the 'decision making' a bit less stressful. With so many different colors/patterns to choose from, Courtney also stepped in to help me decide.
Over all, Exemplary customer service at the Champaign Lazy Boy!

“Went to sleep number store 11130 in Champaign Illinois on 8/25/26 just browsing not intending to purchase a bed that night. Immediately upon entering Tre was warm and friendly and asked how he could help us. My gf and I did the usual oh we are just looking not sure what we are wanting. We went to the store close to closing time Tre not only stayed open late to show us the models he had but was so knowledgeable and to be honest a damn goood salesman that we ended up buying the premier flagship model smart bed that night! Again Tre went above and beyond to stay late to fill out all the paper work. I would recommend his service to anyone in need or just curious about the latest and best in sleep technology but not only smart beds! If you are wanting any type of bed you should most definitely go use his vast pool of experience to help you find exactly what you need to get the best nights sleep you have ever had! I would give him 10 out of 10, 5 stars I could go on all night but I want to sleep in my new bed! If you are even just thinking about getting a new bed you must go see him at the Prospect location. He has a vast knowledge base and his willingness to stay open late just to let us look at his inventory convinced us to purchase the bed of our dreams. Tre Coleman is the man I would recommend him to anyone anytime!

There's a variety of price points to satisfy all budgets. The staff was friendly and helpful. Whoever does the visual merchandising has a real eye for design; this place is a treat just to peruse. Ended up leaving with a sunflower hat box and some postcards as souvenirs.”
