Geoff has been a hifi mentor to me and my musician friends since I was a student at UI in the 90s. He has always been passionate about the latest audio advances. Kyle and Kavi are extremely welcoming and helpful. I recommend a visit to the store even just to see and hear the latest and greatest.

I bought a piece of audio equipment on 7/26/25. Jeff, Kavi, and Kyle could not have been more gracious or helpful. They are extremely knowledgeable. Amazon does not win a head to head battles with service provided like this.
