About Pavlov media
Pavlov Media provides internet, video, voice, and office support services. It offers internet with fiberoptic speeds up to 10,000 Mbps, which customers report as reliable and high-speed, allowing for simultaneous gaming, streaming, and video calls without buffering. Many note being very happy after switching from other providers, citing faster downloads and greater reliability with no outages. The service is praised for its price, which is far below traditional cable.
However, some experiences note it has not lived up to promised speeds for all, and there can be issues with equipment compatibility. Customer service processes receive mixed reviews, with praise for individual technicians but criticism for communication and resolution times, which can vary. The company expresses a passion for creating a better internet.
