The Rep at the store named Katie was incredibly helpful both times we were in. She got us in and out smoothly the first time, and gave us detailed assistance when we found a billing issue the second time we visited. All help over the phone was useless but Katie solved our problems in the kindest manner in person.

It was fast but considering I drive over an hour to this corporate store to get told I have to call Verizon and have my phone shipped back and replaced was a big waste of time they should have told me that when I talked the Verizon on the phone. With how gas prices are wasted too much for nothing
