The Dog Den
31 E Kenyon Rd, ChampaignLet me start this off by saying that the my pup is SO happy here. The staff is AMAZING! My boy, Titus (a 9 month old dalmatian) is a handful. He has so much energy and we dont want to leave him sitting in the kennel all day while we are working. We were nervous at first, but now we wouldn't go anywhere else.
Yesterday, Titus was playing hard and running fast (per usual) and he hurt his dew claw. Jaeden (and AMAZING AND CARING staff member) messaged me right away to let me know what happened, how he was feeling, and how they were taking care of him. I am SO thankful! Every morning when I see Jaeden he is always so kind despite the whatever is going on. They all are. They are all so informative, knowledgeable, and I know they care about my pup.
Titus loves daycare SO much that he whines in excitement just to hear that he's going to daycare and pulls me in the door. I know he loves it. I can't say enough great things about this place!

Hamilton Walker's
201 N Neil St, ChampaignHad a yummy meal with excellent service from our waitress on Saturday evening. My filet was cooked slightly over the temperature I asked for & was a little salty, but it was flavorful and good. The mac & cheese was probably our favorite side, with the potato croquet being second. Overall, we had a good experience, and I'd go back again and give them another try.

Champaign County Humane Society
4003 Kearns Dr, ChampaignAdopted cats here, all of which were a clean bill of health and the application process was easy as long as you had everything you needed in order. Staff is extremely friendly, they play great matchmakers, and you can tell how much they love these animals and would like to get them out the door. If you’re looking for your match, I’d highly recommend adopting from them or at least seeing what your options are!

Trusted Journey (formerly Paws & Remember)
1901 W Springer Dr, ChampaignWe recently lost our sweet Cleo after 14 years, and they took such wonderful care of her. The cremation process was handled quickly and with so much compassion, and it gave us comfort knowing she was treated with love and dignity until the very end. Losing a pet is incredibly hard, but they created such a beautiful memorial for her. I highly recommend Trusted Journey to anyone going through the loss of a beloved pet.

Prairieland Anti-Cruelty Spay
2173 County Rd 750 E, ChampaignWe adopted Max our lab/golden retriever mix fromPraireland when he was 12 weeks old. Judy and her staff were very knowledgeable with their background in veterinary. I even called her several times with questions. When Max was old enough we took him back to Praireland to be neutered. The staff took excellent care of him. At the time we adopted him my kids were 3,10 and 14. He was a wonderful sweet family dog. Sadly enough we lost Max several months ago to Lymphoma, he was 12 years old. I am so grateful to Praireland for rescuing him and bringing him to us . We would definitely adopt from them again. Thanks Praireland!!!
