Crossroads Clinic
1805 East Olympian Road, UrbanaThis was the best boarding experience we have had by far in many years of having dogs and boarding them when we have to be gone. As first time clients, I was immediately impressed by the person that took my call and how friendly and welcoming she was. Our two dogs had loving care, with regular trips outside for potty time and playing. One of our dogs requires medication which was gladly given at no extra charge. I received daily updates and photos and communication from the very caring staff. Our dogs returned home just as well adjusted as before we boarded them. We will be using Crossroads for our boarding needs from now on. Highly recommend.

U of I Large Animal Clinic

In 2018 I also had border's horse be treated and the specialists were able to not only to save his life but bought him many years as he is still going strong. The doctors are absolutely amazing and top notch. Always updating as to condition and current status, very communicative and informative. Absolutely great care couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you to the amazing Doctors and staff !

You will become excited about the possibilities you have with your dog. Once we earned our Canine Good Citizen we went on to pursue training with dog agility. They also teach nosework, tracking, obedience and rally. If you become a member your membership includes free rental of their facilities and equipment.

If there’s ever an issue with service, I think the best way to resolve it is to speak directly with the staff or management while you’re there. A conversation gives the employee and the business an opportunity to understand what happened and make it right. Leaving a negative review about an individual employee without first trying to address the situation directly doesn’t really give anyone the opportunity to fix the problem. Communication goes a long way.

I also got pancakes and their home fries with their custom seasoning, which I highly recommend. Everything came out very hot, and the service was stellar as well.
This will definitely become one of my must do's when in Champaign-Urbana! A hidden gem in Lincoln Square in downtown Urbana!

My suggestion to you if you want to maintain your customer base go back and use the menu from thirty years ago. This is not the Cracker Barrel that we grew to love that was an old country store and set down restaurant. If it is broke don’t try to fix it!

Lots of space to dine and visually pleasing decorations and pictures. I got the tom yum noodle soup to help knock out the last of a cold Im recovering from. It did the job!!
My one critique would be that the shrimp was a little hard. I really enjoy juicy plump shrimp in soup. It was still delicious.
