Always attentive and knowledgeable, they answered any question we had. As he aged, he became a “regular”. The love and treatment Mumf received was truly a blessing for our family. Pets being sick or hurt is a feeling that I don't wish on my worst enemy, especially when it involves the anxiety that comes with a visit to the vet. But here, at Loving Paws, I only ever feel at ease.
From the desk, the nice people who clean up, to the Vet Techs, to Dr. Colgan and even the new Doctor whom I'd only met once, they are all extremely kind and patient. Any anxiety that my kitties are going to be dismissed, or that my own competence as a pet owner will be doubted- completely slides off when I walk through the door.
Dr. Colgan is truly a saint, and I really do feel like I owe my little guys' life to her. When we initially heard he had heart disease, there was this fear that we would be encouraged to euthanize, and I even rehearsed to myself how I would cope with hearing that. But when it came down to it, they trusted me and my partner that even if sick, he would be comfortable with us.
Now, more than six months later, and other medical scare, he's still here playing with his mean little sister and proving everyone that he's tougher than any of us.
They keep us informed on charges, long term finances, and flexible appointments to make sure we can keep our bills paid AND out cats happy.
Thank you to the amazing techs that come and say hi to him even when they aren't helping with him, and thank you to Dr. Colgan and the other lovely new doctor for making us feel heard and acknowledged as people who want their pet to be happy and healthy.

He took careful care of our dog’s dental issues knowing of his heart issue. Dr. Nuss was very thorough and made sure we knew all that needed to be done. He also made sure we were prepared with all we needed to do when taking our dog back home after his procedures. SportsVet is a great place to take your pet. Their services are outstanding and their staff is very professional.
