I frequent the Circle K on Springfield Avenue.I have been going to this store since I got my first car (I’m 46 now) I continue to go to this store despite there being 2 other gas stations closer to my home.I do this because the staff at this store are AMAZING. They are kind, friendly and courteous. Over the years, the regulars have taken the time to know my name and I theirs.I received a phone call this morning from this store. Marcia called to let me know she found my wallet!! Apparently I left it at the counter last night during Grady’s shift. Marcia took the time to locate me and reach out to me. I hadn’t even realized yet I had lost my wallet! Talk about pro-active!!I cannot tell you how very much I appreciate your employees at this location!!!! I manage a team of 20 Customer Service Representatives and I know what good Customer Service is.. This epitomizes superior service!!!Please, please acknowledge Marcia and the staff at Circle K on Springfield Avenue in Champaign, Illinois. “Mom and I were nearby and I realized that I had a 40% off coupon that I needed to use - so I stopped by quickly. This store is quite more rundown than most CVS stores that I go to. Typical for this shopping center though - my mom explained there were issues with the center's management and repairs/upgrades. I knew exactly what I wanted so this shopping trip was quite easy. Only one cashier at the front and there was a bit of a line forming. But it still didn't take too long to check out. Generally, I would score this store as 3 stars. However, you can buy lotto! Bump up one star for the added convenience.”

“The D&S IQ system in there is a nice system. I will say, the experience is good. Quick wash cycle, you get your spot free rinse as you drive out, and dryer time is generous. Only thing I have against this wash is exiting. If you get the $13 option, beware the tire shine might hinder your ability to drive out. I think my wheel kept hitting the bracket that supported such, and I drove through the dryers too quickly. Good system overall.”

“One of the best CVS locations I have ever been to. Great customer service and had no problem finding what I needed. The employees Tim and Elijah and another girl from the pharmacy, whose name I can't remember, were super helpful in everything I was looking for and showing me every product they have that would fit my needs, they helped me look for over 20 minutes! Most places like Walmart and most Walgreens employees wouldn't even show you where the product is that you're asking for let alone give you attention for over 20 minutes. this CVS location really has their stuff together and they train their employees really well in terms of customer service and knowing where things are in their store.”
