“I had a fantastic experience with the Tire & Battery Center at Sam's Club Champaign.

I originally purchased a set of four tires from Sam's Club in Decatur, but unfortunately they were unable to install them because my tire size (295/35ZR21) exceeds their installation limits of 275 width and 20-inch diameter. What made this especially confusing was that I was able to order the tires online and even schedule an installation appointment. It wasn't until the following day that I received a call from the Decatur location informing me they could not install them.

I only ordered the tires through the Decatur location because they were able to get them delivered the fastest. For some reason, I was not able to order those same tires directly through the Champaign location.

When I called the Champaign location, Casper immediately understood why I was calling and assured me they could help. They told me to bring the tires over and that they would take care of everything, including honoring the Sam's Club tire warranty, road hazard coverage, balancing, rotations, and all the services that came with the purchase.

I picked up the tires from Decatur on Friday afternoon and planned to have them installed elsewhere. When I called Champaign, I was initially told the next available appointment was Wednesday, which was too late for me. I even called the Normal, IL location, and they could have installed them on Sunday.

Thankfully, Casper went above and beyond and made sure my tires could be installed on Saturday morning. They simply asked that I wasn't in a rush, which I wasn't. I was just grateful to get everything sorted out without having to drive all the way to Normal.

The team did an excellent job. The tires are balanced perfectly, the installation was done professionally, and they even re-torqued my wheels later that same day after I had driven more than 50 miles.

A big thank you to Casper and the entire team for their outstanding customer service, flexibility, and willingness to help. They turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a smooth and positive experience.”
