Bad AI phone line, always an issue when picking up a prescription (out of stock right after you call it in to confirm its in stock, doesn't get it ready within projected time frame, etc.) , closes for the day somewhat randomly, definitely understaffed. I'd recommend the CVS on Green for prescriptions
