“For the company T-Mobile I hope this gets to someone of importance. I’ve had problems with my service since I’ve had my business account and every time I have phoned to 611. I haven’t received any good customer service until I went to the corporate store. Speaking to someone overseas is not helpful specially when there’s a language barrier. You would think T-Mobile as big as they are would have better customer service representatives for business owners that they can talk to instead of going to a corporate store to get the help that is needed. I like to give a shout out to Madison in the corporate store in Joliet on Jefferson Street. She is truly dedicated to helping business owners and customers get the satisfaction that the phone operators cannot do. Today I asked for a supervisor to call me. The representative said it will be an hour wait no supervisor called instead again Madison from the corporate store on Jefferson Street in Joliet Illinois has to help me because T-Mobile’s customer service representatives on 611 doesn’t appreciate the customers. It is very irritating to have a phone with a service provider that gives you a number to contact and you can’t receive the help you need. Today is January 6 I had to call T-Mobile again because Again, my account isn’t right and as a business owner, this is very frustrating I asked for a supervisor to speak to, as I was speaking to the customer representative with the language barrier who made it impossible to get things situated, who began to argue back-and-forth with me again this is very frustrating. I hope this reach a representative that can get things under control in the supervisor or management role. It’s a shame that I have to go to a corporate store in order to get my service where it should be.”
“10/10 Stars!!! KJ Is awesome! I’ve been to numerous t-mobile locations. This one in Shorewood has the most friendliest and helpful staff, always. My Iphone was having some major issues and KJ did everything he could to get it back and running. KJ and another guy working also had a lobby full of customers come in right after I did, and were able to assist everyone in a timely manner. Favorite Location by far”
