“Wow that was easy! I must have called about four other pod companies, spending between 30 minutes to an hour on the phone getting the runaround. Each company seem to start with a price and then 5 minutes later had a different price etc. MI- BOX was my last effort before just calling a moving company, and I'm happy that I did. It took me about 10 minutes to get this set up, super affordable, fantastic customer service. Everything was so easy from the drop offs to the pickups, Joe even helped me figure out the best days to pick up from one house and drop off to another. Definitely took a lot of stress off moving. Could not recommend more. Save yourself the time and frustration and just start here. Thanks so much, would definitely recommend.”

“We have been at this facility for a very long time and it improved somewhat when the new owners took over, but it seems now that the bigger price raise. there are weeds all over that that’s not being taken care of as it was in the past and yes, and seem like there’s a lot of potholes And more gravel in the low spots
We still feel very safe having our camper there, but it would be nice for someone to address those problems”

“We had a garage built and needed somewhere to store my husband's treasures for we assumed, 3 months. After lengthy searching of storage units and boxes we found Mi-Box to be the most cost efficient. We were HUGE fans of the fact that the box was dropped off the same day we ordered it and picked up the next day of cancelling it. (3 months) I loved the idea that we could have the tools in the box handy if we needed them as opposed to driving to and from a storage area. The men that handled the actual movement of the box were both very courteous and respectful of both our property and us. We had two other sales reps from garage and window companies that asked for the contact information for Mi-Box. Thank you for the first great experience in what has proved to be a huge remodeling disappointment.”

“They’re very good people with even better service. You’re dealing with real humans, not some stupid system, and the facilities stay clean. My unit in particular got some nice shade during certain parts of the day so it was nice to load and unload stuff in the shade even on hot days. It’s really nice how secure our stuff was as well. I never had any worries while there and if I need a unit in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to call them first. As a woman, feeling safe loading and unloading stuff alone was important to me, and T&R mini storage was secure enough to give me that. Hope this helps the next person! ?”

“Had a great experience with Lionel, the manager. In order to ensure the best service you need to call them and leave a message. They will get back to you promptly and get you all set up. I rented my unit for 6 moths and it was all very stress free with great communication the whole way. You simply need to be a little patient, an you will find that the management is very reasonable and will take care of you. Thanks again!
There is also 24hr gated access, which is rare as most storage places only work from 6am to 10pm not allowing you to get your stuff after hours. huge selling point for me.”
“I cannot speak about the storage facility but I can speak about their U-Haul rentals. I have used them for 26ft box trucks and cargo vans. They always make the process super easy from start to finish. The rental is always ready to go at the time requested. Staff is always polite and friendly.”
“The self check out was very user-friendly. The access codes were a little confusing because you receive a text message which it tells you you will, but it doesn’t give you the gate code. You get an email with the gate code on it but the gate code is so long every time you go in and out, you have to utilize that rather than having sensors on the ground that just open the gate when you leave. The gate code is way too long to memorize, and had a very small star at the front of the numbers that meant you had to hit the star key before you put in the code, followed by the pound. So I had to call customer service to realize that you had to hit the star key. Overall, very happy. In the process of a divorce so utilizing this location right outside our subdivision makes my job a lot easier.”
