Branch manager never there, never returns calls, or emails.

Sadly I'm closing my account after years of banking here I was so happy when it was first midwest but the merge and it was down hill from then on.

Worst bank ever .they never answer the phone .been trying to call for 1 weeks .went to the branch to sign papers to op out of overdraft fees.and they never put it in.will be closing my account with them. So they can keep. their excuse that it was a glitch in the system.
