When I walked in the Chicago Heights location, I was immediately helped by a young lady named Ambria. She was amazing!! She resolved my issue within 15 minutes. The paperwork the manger and a banker in the Matteson branch said they could not find in the system, Ambria pulled up in 1 minute. She smoothed out a rough morning, and made my experience at that location unforgettable. Ambria, thank you for your great service and professionalism!!!”
