“Branch Manager Nichole Cage at the Chicago Heights location is phenomenal. She was able to help me with a transaction that I desperately needed to take care of. I have been a long standing customer since the bank was Austin Bank of Chicago in the 80's, then later became ABC Bank, now Old Second Bank. I know there're not as large as Chase, Boa, Us Bank to name a few, I can't imagine transferring to some other institution, I have always been satisfied with the service I receive there, and was more so when the chgo hts location switched over so that I didn't have to travel to the 92nd street lication..location. “A couple of weeks ago, I went to this branch because the manager at the Matteson branch was very dismissive and unhelpful. When I walked in the Chicago Heights location, I was immediately helped by a young lady named Ambria. She was amazing!! She resolved my issue within 15 minutes. The paperwork the manger and a banker in the Matteson branch said they could not find in the system, Ambria pulled up in 1 minute. She smoothed out a rough morning, and made my experience at that location unforgettable. Ambria, thank you for your great service and professionalism!!!”
