Our rep, Rebecca Denison, is top-notch, and the most important and impressive metric: we experience almost NO packing and shipping errors, as opposed to when we were doing all the packing/shipping ourselves and averaged 1-2 errors a month. Kind of amazing, really.”
“As far as shippers and receivers go, this is a painless and pleasant easy in and easy out experience, delivering or loading. I've done both. They accomodate the driver at every turn. They even strive to have a good reputation. From the receptionist to the warehouse workers it's all smiles which is not very often seen in the trucking industry. I'm giving them five stars. And they also have free lollipops!!! Always a relief when I know I am coming here.”

Drivers pay attention to side streets, most of them doesnt allow semi trucks. Fee is $1000 and i saw many cops while coming in , take care !”

“Excellent storage area in a great location with great security. Storage unit was clean and lighted and very convenient. This will be the place I use for all my storage in the future and very friendly people . I rented this storage on line it was simple and fast never had to wait or go in to see or talk to anyone I recommend this place very much”
“In and out quick, got here last night around 21:00 and parking on the side no one said anything to me, appt was for 8 am so I took paperwork to office at 8:00 and they gave me a door right away. Door 22 it’s the last door on the right,break your seal,slide tandems and take paperwork inside warehouse it’s the door right next to 22, they took and hour to unload me, it’s a Monday and it’s not so packed. Oh and I also read in reviews that they didn’t have a bathroom, they do just ask lady in the desk”
“Great place. Management is very professional and scheduling is a breeze. Getting loaded very fast done in under 30 mins. Unloaded with papers ready to leave in 25 mins. Amazing dock workers and very polite as well.”
“3/10/26 arrived at 10:00 am for a 1pm appointment time picked up hazmat , went to office by door 2 checked in have to show your endorsement. Got a door 23-28 out by 11:30am . I will say these forklift drivers look like they are miserable working there, have paperwork to one guy he looked like he was enjoying his day and I gave him paperwork I got from office his whole attitude just changed completely. Other than that smooth sailing”

Easy route to get here once you know it.Route as of 03/07/22From I80, take Exit 1 (US40 North)Stay on this till you turn left on IL 312.Take this to the end, it will turn right into Sheffield.Continue straight on Sheffield till you hit 141st St.The intersection will say trucks have to turn left. Do that.Stay on that till the houses on the right end, and you'll see the signs for the plant.This is a truck route that doesn't put you on any No Truck roads.”

“Stopped for a pickup that was supposed to be a live load, and after sitting a while and employee by the name of Tony, one of the yard dogs, went above and beyond to help us get everything sorted out! Come to find out it was a drop and hook with a load ready to go. Thankful for someone who helps when there is miscommunication. :) Great people and a great place to do deliveries for!”
“1st time delivering to this facility (1/18/23) . Lot is small and only a few empty spaces but enough room to backup and quick in and out , security officer was polite and respectful, she deserves 10 stars ?.”

“I just started working here last year. The hire process was very smooth and quick. Decent salary for a manual labor job. This is my first warehouse job so I can’t compare it to any previous jobs or other warehouses. Amazon seems like a great company to work for. A coworker of mine is a felon, so it’s great they give opportunities if you have a past. The job itself is chill and easy. I haven’t had any negative experiences with productivity expectations like others have stated. They work great with your school schedule. Their career choice program is amazing, so please take advantage of those benefits to go back to school, I believe it’s $5,600/YR, Wasn’t expecting that when I started. Treat the managers with respect and you won’t have any issues. They’ve all been friendly and helpful with me. Plus they’re always looking to cross train. Overtime is great. No dress code, besides steel toe footwear. Based on my experiences I’d definitely recommend MDW7.”
“These are very nice and efficient guys, they did my reworking quickly and efficiently. My problem was to get there, what is listed as their address is totally wrong and misleading. They need to advise their customers and general public as to the proper address, which is certainly NOT 2101 BURR OAK AVENUE. For that I refuse to give them five stars.”
