“I have lived at “The Bush” for a little over a month now and could not be more pleased. Upon showing up a day early to our scheduled tour, Cherakee was more than happy to squeeze us in, and we were convinced during the tour that this was the spot. The ladies at the front desk are THE BEST and always smiling. I wanted to move in ASAP, and was able to with the help of Bena, Ryan, Dima, and Val - the latter 2 helping me move in at 10:30 on a Friday night.
I moved into the unit we toured and so far no issues whatsoever. It’s clear someone paid a lot of attention to detail designing these rooms. The shower, personally, ranks top 2 lifetime. All of the cabinets are soft-close, and if a door could be opened into something, it has restrictive hinges to prevent contact.
A major factor for myself was the gym, which is better than many gyms I’ve paid monthly for. Up to 125lb dumbells, multiple fly machines, and a ton of space. It’s a bit light on back equipment, but you can figure it out. The vibe is also dungeon-esq so be prepared to maybe see ghosts.”
“This is one of the few buildings where you can enjoy a lot of amenities. The lobby and “Froth” its cafe is one of the best places in town. Very modern and friendly people.”

“The location and amenities speak for themselves but to me it’s the staff here that really make the living experience. John, the resident service ambassador, goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and any issues that occur are resolved. He’s always looking for ways to have the community engage with each other through fun events and is open to ideas from residents as well. Luis, the assistant manager, is also very helpful and never makes you feel like you’re a bother with any questions you have. The front desk is 24/7 and all of them are kind, professional, and helpful (Montrel has helped me countless times). No building is perfect but this building is pretty great and any issues I’ve had, have been addressed not only promptly but respectfully, which is important.”

Leasing agent Akuba is wonderful and puts together great events. The concierge staff is very friendly despite it being a difficult job.
I am very pleased with the building and would not discourage others from living here.”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay at The Renaissance! We stayed here for two years and the whole process was very easy from move in to move out. The building was always maintained very well/clean, the environment is also very safe and quiet so you don’t have to worry about noise. The property manager Bry Ronca is literally the most organized, kind, and helpful property manager so we will greatly miss her!! Maintenance is amazing as well, very responsive and timely in getting things done. Ultimately, we are only leaving for more space + parking but our experience at The Renaissance has been an amazing one!”

“I have truly enjoyed my stay at the Lofts. The front desk personnel are phenomenal. I have stayed in a few apartment buildings in downtown Chicago and I can say you will not find a crew that will make you feel more like you’re home.
The leasing team and management are also amazing. The can be very accommodating and really do try their best to assist. The maintenance crew is amazing as well and requests are responded to in no time.
I loved my stay and would definitely be my top choice when I move back to the city!”

- great amenities: a pool, 2 hot tubs, a rooftop, fantastic gym, etc. only downside is the gym gets a bit crowded.
- apartments are appliances are new enough to rarely need maintenance, and the service team was quick to address any service requests that I did have.
- excellent location, great views, and the red and blue lines can be accessed without leaving the building.
- I would recommend living here.”

“My name is Justin, and I have been living at Leftbank for a year now. Firstly, the experience has been fantastic. Very reasonable prices along with spectacular views compared to other high rises along the river. The establishment is very clean and smells like flowers throughout. The staff is also great! One person in particular who helped a ton was Janneil Adams. She quickly and effectively answered my lease renewal questions. She also helped us transition units, and it was so simple and easy to do. Would recommend for people to check this place out!”

“This is currently being renovated for apartments. Super nice places — like the 2 bedroom penthouse, which is around $11,000 a month but it’s only about 1200 ft.². For another $2000 a month you can get something for 400 more square feet and a loft added as well. This place is a great location because it’s right across from Mon Ami Gabi and the Lincoln Park zoo. The downstairs restaurant has fabulous food and drinks. If I lived here, I would be going there for dinner every night. The interior is absolutely beautiful as you can see from my pictures. The receptionist and staff are absolutely wonderful. Very professional and dress professional. You can literally rent a Tesla if you have an apartment here. The street is really quiet and no noise from the cars outside on the street.This is great place to consider especially for a family as there is a park across the way. Very close in proximity to the lake and down the street from some incredible restaurants and entertainment.It’s a great location for the fall and summer to walk down the street when the leaves change color. But honestly, there are probably high-end apartments nearby that would be a lot cheaper.Public transportation is easy around here as well and it’s a very walkable area. The farmers market just down the street is one of the best in the city.If money doesn’t matter to you, I would highly recommend this apartment building. You really can’t go wrong and the service is top notch.”
“I absolutely love this place! I have good things to say about so many of the staff here! Starting with the property manager Alexis she has shown terrific leadership and many people including myself have noticed she listens to complaints and follows up with excellent solutions . Additionally she greets everyone with a smile , getting to know the residents .Her staff is well trained and Awsome as well especially Sarah who has been so helpful with a number of items I needed help with. Always with a smile and a great attitude! The front desk people here are really nice people especially Jennifer, Brandon, and Alondra . They are very professional and have gotten to know t he residents well . We love their friendliness each day. The mailroom attendant Kenny has been especially helpful and professional! On multiple occasions he has painstakingly searched a found my missing packages . . The maintenance guys have also been exemplary especially Marvin. And lastly a worker named Shack has been extremely helpful to many people on a number of occasions . No wonder I’ve been here eight years! George Sanderson unit 1305”
