“We had our little sprinkle here yesterday and the social club room was impeccable. Parking was reasonably priced also for the area. Super happy with the space. Thanks!”

“Five Stars - And Then Some We just signed our third lease at Oak Park Place Apartments, and that alone says everything. When you keep coming back, it's not by accident. The location is unbeatable - walking distance to the heart of Oak Park, surrounded by everything that makes this neighborhood one of the best in the Chicago area. But honestly, the place itself is only part of the story. What truly sets Oak Park Place apart is the people who run it. The staff here genuinely cares - not just about the apartments, but about the residents, their families, and their pets. That's rare, and it doesn't go unnoticed. This most recent lease came with a unit transfer to a space that better fits our current needs, and the team made the whole process seamless. A special shoutout to Suzanne, who guided us through every step of the lease with patience, professionalism, and a great attitude. To Salvatore and Tefta - your consistency in maintenance and keeping the property in excellent condition is something we genuinely appreciate every single day. And to Anna and Santiago - thank you for the ongoing effort and care you put into making Oak Park Place such a wonderful community to be part of. If you're looking for a place where management actually means it when they say they're there for you, look no further. We're proud to call this home - for the third time running. 5 stars. Enthusiastically.”

“I recently had a family member inquire about apartments at The Emerson and speak with Santiago over the phone before taking a tour with Clayton. Santiago was extremely helpful and took the time to explain all of the different apartment options available. Clayton provided a very thorough tour, showing the available options and highlighting the building's amazing amenities. He was also very friendly and made the entire tour experience enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend The Emerson to anyone looking for a new apartment.”

“If you are looking to move to Oak park, absolutely reach out to this organization! Not only did they help me find an apartment, but they also provided valuable insight on what it is like living in here. They answered tons of questions that I had on public transportation, parking, and services available in the area. I feel a lot less anxious about my move after visiting them.”
