I came in for brakes, and instead of trying to get me all new rotors and brakes (which my dealership tried to do), he showed me that my front brakes still had plenty of life and the rears brakes just needed to be replaced. Ed and his team are kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. There is no charge unless there’s work done. I often feel nervous since my car knowledge is lacking, but found this shop through a Chicago Girls’ Group, and definitely will bring my car back for any future needs!
