AutoZone West Madison in Chicago, IL is a leading retailer of auto parts, new and remanufactured hard parts, maintenance items and car accessories. The store was immaculate, the cleanliness and upkeep was fully stocked. The staff was friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable, provided excellent customer service and personalized support. Great help, perfectly assisted and super helpful at this location. The battery was checked, a new battery was bought and installed, and the car was helped with patient help. The neighborhood AutoZone is strongly recommend for the staff, product and fully stocked store.

Wow what can I say A1 customer service. Manny was incredible, I had notice 1 of my headlights was out. I asked Manny i show him what I need. He suggested changing both was a great Idea. Made since I bought both. Come to find out buy-in 1 would have been a waste. I ended up needing both bulbs great job Manny !
