After seeing the many negative reviews, I was quite nervous about what to expect from this AVIS location. However, I received my car quickly. The only downside was that the car wasn’t cleaned properly (seats, rear end) and I got no status upgrade.
Return at O’Hare was hassle free.

My Avis car had three dashboard lights on the entire trip, and the air conditioning didn't work. So, there's that.

Christian made the return of our rental very easy and helped us all the way. Gave us all information, and made our day much better. Ask for him if you plan to rent a car on that location.
