About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental provides a mixed experience for customers. While some report prompt, professional, and friendly service, with efficient pick-up and drop-off, others have encountered issues, such as being refused a booking upon arrival and having to send an email to resolve the situation. The car selection can also be inconsistent, with customers sometimes receiving a different vehicle than the one they had reserved. However, the staff is generally described as helpful, even in difficult circumstances, and the overall service is considered convenient, with the option to use the Uber app to rent. Despite some challenges, Budget Car Rental seems to offer a generally positive experience for most customers.

Espetially location is very convinient and easy to get if you are in the senter of chicago. Easy to drive out to your destinnation and then to retern the car. Take into account you may need to wait about an hour for your car to be ready.

Exceptional service by Justin. We needed to change pickup depot of a preplanned booking and Justin was more than happy to accommodate without any notice. Pleasant experience today with Budget Chicago.
