I had 6 vans reserved for Nov 29, 2019. My flight was delayed arriving into Chicago and Avr van rental closed at 8pm. I had to get my vans from Avis . Avr charge my credit card for all of the rentals even tho i never picked up any of the vans... Fighting with my credit card to reverse the charges...

AVR rental was closed and we were not informed. Wasted half day trying to get in touch with them. Eventually ended up paying more to rent from another agency. Horrible service.

This was an absolutely terrible experience - run fast and hard away from this rental company.
