My hands are kind of arthritic so I was having much difficulty. I drove around the neighborhood and found Lincoln Wilson Auto Service. I walked in and asked for help. A gentleman with the shop told me to pull my car in. I'm sure he sensed my desperation and proceeded to switch out the bulbs for me. No charge. Of the three estimates we obtained, theirs was the fairest price with the fastest turnaround time. As always, the staff were friendly and thorough in their communications. There was a slight delay in finishing the work, as they found when it arrived that a replacement part did not meet their quality standards. They quickly ordered another part that was satisfactory, and we appreciate that they made sure the work and parts reflected their high standards. About 5 minutes later it was buffed out. No bill. They said there was no reason to bill me for what took 5 minutes. I can't speak highly enough of this place!”

They took the vehicle in right away, worked with the insurer and made the whole process really quick and easy; they handled everything in such a timely manner and they kept great communication throughout the whole process. I spoke with Tony and a lady at the front office, and both provided wonderful service from start to finish. My vehicle had several issues, but Tony and his team took care of every single one. I asked if he could hold my vehicle for a day until I returned to town, and he kindly agreed without hesitation. On top of that, Tony went above and beyond by replacing my key fob battery and giving my car a wash, both free of charge.

“We had a great experience here. They jumped our car when it wouldn't start nearby and then when our car died a little ways away, they went above and beyond to retrieve it and bring it to the shop. Turned out it wasn't just the battery but also the alternator in need of replacement. They were communicative about their timeline and how they determined the alternator wasn't functioning. Our car runs so much better than before! Would recommend them to others for car service.”

“The last time I left a review for Wreck and Roll was 10 years ago (give or take) for an amazing paint job they did on my 2004 Toyota Camry (I still have it btw. Still looks fantastic for a 20yo car).
Now it's for my 2024 Toyota Corolla which I just bought in January. Some crazy woman decides to blow all traffic signals and crashes into my new car. Needless to say, I knew exactly who to contact. Wreck and Roll handled all the photos, estimates and sent them to the insurance company handling my claim. Everything was taken care of in such a timely manner that I had my car back in two weeks (that's with waiting on approvals, supplements (more damage than we saw externally) and payment sent.). I had it back in time for me to go visit my mom for Thanksgiving. I was completely bummed that my new car was damaged after only having it for only 10 months. Wreck and Roll made it look brand spanking new again. I almost forgot I was involved in an accident. Thank you for fixing my new baby up.”
