Made sure to take the proper time needed to fix internal and external problems, and get the proper parts from the manufacturer! Plus got an inside and outside detailing included for the cost of the repairs! They kept me updated throughout the process and handled all the inspections with the insurance. Went to Kraftsmen for a small license plate issue because the screws were rusted. They cleared the issue up in MINUTES. These are stand up gentlemen and not another trap that could be in the city for your wallet. If you can get your car to Kraftsmen it’s in the best hands.
