Dishonest method of handling tolls. We entered our rental car license plate in our Illinois Tollway account. Strangely, no tolls were detected on the license plate number of the car. A month later, Budget invoices me for each of the $1.50 tolls individually, BUT with a $6.95 service charge attached to each toll. Be careful!

Lovely experience the week of Thanksgiving. Joc in the garage got us the right car seats, and switched our car when our first had an issue. Sorted in no time flat with ease.
