  I've used them for years. Good customer service . Interest rates on interest earning accounts is a bit low pnc is better for that good safe and stable bank

  Went to the branch @3639 N.Broadway and had to sit down with a banker to take care of some business and I couldn't have had a better experience!Thank you Tasha C.,you are the BEST! So helpful ?

  Bank is still garbage. Noone in drive thru and was not addressed. 3 staff inside drive thru area. Noone in drive thru but me and lobby closed. One woman walked by the window and left to go sit down and drink some water. She looked Hispanic. I waited so long I ended up leaving as I was going to be late for work.
